House portraits in watercolour make a memorable gift for many occasions; anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, house warmings and weddings.
As an experienced Architectural illustrator for over 20 years, I am able to produce accurate and unique watercolour paintings of your home, from a small terrace to a large country house. Buildings of any type can be commissioned; this could be a painting of a wedding venue, shopfront, pub, restaurant or any other building you may have in mind.
All paintings are original and hand-painted and not digitally created.
Price Guide
A typical A.3 portrait (42 cm X 30 cm) (16” x 12”) will cost £320 depending on the complexity of the building. This is a guide price only.
A typical A.4 portrait (30 cm x 21 cm) (12” x 8”) will cost £200 depending on the complexity of the building. This is a guide price only.
Prices include UK postage and packing.
Commissioning
- If you would like to commission an original painting please email me with an explanation of what you require along with any photographs.
- When I have received the photographs I will contact you to discuss your requirements and size, I can then provide you with a quotation.
- Once agreed I will then provide you with a sketch to give you an idea of the finished painting and to check any details.
- Once initial draft is approved I will then complete your painting and send a photo by email of the picture.
- When you are completely happy payment will then be required before I send your painting to you.
Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by this method.
